Every piece is handled with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not occur on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or customs clearance are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
We do not cover customs payments. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the order being returned or destroyed by authorities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier partner once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
